This is deep-fried, crispy flour as a traditional
sri Lankan dish main Ingredient rice flour and coconut milk; it is
taste can be made sweet or chili. This is having a major role in the festival
of Sinhala & hindu new year celebrating,
Ingredients
500 g rice flour
1 large egg
2 cup coconut milk
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
Salt 1/4 tsp.
Cooking Oil
Method
- 500g Rice Flour, Egg, Salt & Turmeric powder put into bowl
mixed all Ingredients together and add coconut milk little by little
slowly to make a thick batter.
- Keep a frying fan on a burner and add oil, kokis mold take &
put in a to the heated oil, take out the mold cove the batter in to
3/4, deep fry the battered mold.
- Go to the few minute remove the deep fried past ( Kokis) from the
mold carefully used wooden stick.
