Cutlet

Ingredients
Mixture
450 g can fish
50 g chopped B-onion
3 green chilies finely chopped
250 g boiled 7 mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp. grinds cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon powder
Garlic paste
Ginger paste
Pinch of chopped curry leaves
Cooking oil
1/2 tsp. pepper 
1/4 tsp. salt

Batter
1 egg
400 g bread crumbs


Method
Open the fish can and break the fish into small pieces. Heat a pan with oil add curry leaves, garlic, ginger, green chilies & spices fry 2 min then add can fish pieces cook continue 5 min after add mash potato and season with salt and pepper mix well. Remove the pan from flame.

Beat the egg in a bowl keep aside. Make small balls from the cutlet mixture, Soak the balls first in the beaten egg and then coat the balls with bread crumbs.

Well heat the oil and deep fry the balls till golden brown.
