Fried Ash Plantain 

Ingredients
500 g Ash plantains
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. curry powder
2 red onions, chopped
2 green chilies, chopped
Pinch of curry leaves
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 tsp. Salt
Oil to deep fry
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. cumin powder

Method
Cut the plantains into small pieces. Mix with salt and a pinch of turmeric. Deep fry till golden brown.
Heat a pan with 1 tsp. of oil. Fry the onion, curry leaves, ramp, and green chilies. Now add coconut milk with boiled 2 min after add fried plantains pieces and salt cooking continuously 2-3 min
